Rules for Silent Auction
Bidders will use the number on their event ticket  to place bids on the Silent
Auction items. A starting bid and bid increment will be given at the top of each
bid sheet. Any item that receives bids from 2 or more bidders in the last 5
minutes of the allotted bid time will be moved to the LIVE Auction. Live bidding
for these items will be limited to those bidders who placed bids in the last 5
minutes of the Silent Auction. High bidder wins the item.
Rules for Live Auction
Bidders will use the number on their event ticket to place bids on the Live
Auction items. High bidder wins the item.
What is a CHANCE AUCTION???
Each event ticket includes 25 CHANCE TICKETS - participant uses those tickets to
"bid" on a variety of items on "auction." They can bid as many tickets as they wish on
each item they're interested in by depositing the tickets in a container assigned to
that item. Rather than going to the highest bidder, though, as it would at a regular
auction, the item goes to the person whose ticket is drawn, at random, from the
container. It doesn't take long to figure out, of course, that the more tickets you bid
on an item, the better your chances are of winning it. And as anyone who's ever bid
a lot of tickets on a "must-have" item can tell you, that's what makes these
CHANCE AUCTIONS so much fun. Additional CHANCE TICKETS will be available for
purchase to increase your odds for that "must-have" item!
$25 for each additional sheet of 25 tickets

How it works
There will be 10 CHANCE AUCTION items - each with a value of between $75 -$125
All of the CHANCE AUCTION items will be displayed with a corresponding ticket box
next to each item. Bidders walk around and browse all the wares, bidding their
tickets on favored items as they go. At a specified time, a winning ticket is drawn
from each container.
